Cancel or Re-schedule?

veronica_We all realize that things arise or schedules change.  At Simply Divineful, I understand how one may need to cancel or re-schedule your booked time.

Please note, all cancellations  must be done by filling out this form.

You may re-schedule your appointment by clicking on the RED TAB to the RIGHT.

Also, please fill out this form at least two hours before your appointment.  This is not only courteous to me but if another client is looking for a same day appointment.

In the subject line please title it Cancellation or Re-schedule.
