We all realize that things arise or schedules change.  At Simply Divineful, I understand how one may need to cancel or re-schedule your booked time.

Please note, all cancellations  must be done by filling out this form or by calling the toll free number.

Also, please fill out this form or call as soon as possible to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.  This is not only courteous to me, but if another client is looking for a same day appointment.

If you cannot re-schedule at the time of cancellation, a prompt refund will be completed.
